  While in the two lane drive thru last night I watched 2 accidents happen, sadly not one for each lane, but two in the lane opposite me. I ordered a Grand Mac, and the failure of what they gave me Was Grand indeed. The only good thing I can say is my experience reminded why why I don't eat at McDonalds, so thank you McDonald's at 22nd and Kolb for that!

  Clean, comfortable seating, good service by bringing order to your table. Have been here twice after shopping at Frys and found meals are good and fresh and consistently same quality both times. If this experience continues I will stop by more often. I have not been to a McDonalds in 30 years because in the past they have not meet my expectations for service or quality fresh food.

  We come here a lot and they're efficient to say the least. I personally feel that the employees could be friendlier. I understand that they're busy and working hard (obviously with their speed and two drive thru lanes) but they can still time the time to smile.

  I had to repeat my order 3x. When it was finally read back to me it was correct but when I opened my meal the fries were cold and soggy, one burger was wrong and last but not least, I ordered a diet coke and received a regular. The bill was $21. and change.For that price I could have went to a place where i could have sat down and been waited on. I will NOT be back!
