  I was in a rush trying to get gas to check on a child's safety, I was almost hit by two cars just driving into the lot and I was the only one driving legally correct. I pulled up and noticed it was debit only outside, but there was a touch pay, I tried to use it with my credit card, it took a few tries and then finally told me to GO INSIDE. I go inside and ask her what was wrong, she said she didn't know, she had no idea what the touch pay was she said and that I needed a card. I told her I would just pay inside with touch pay and she said she didn't know how that worked either, because it was asking me for a pin, which I do not have for touch pay. She said too bad, that neither of them knew how it worked and then I ran outside and grabbed my wallet to pay with card. I asked why they had touch pay if it didn't work properly, she told me she had no idea and didn't know how to work it, again. Luckily, I made it safely to the child, but still, that was super aggravating on both the store end and am pm in general, trying to integrate technology that would be useful if it A)worked and b)trained employees working it. She wasn't trying to be helpful, she just looked annoyed with me and kept smacking her gum. Thanks, typical workers these days, annoyed at doing their job.
